The meeting was called to order by Pat Gill.
 

Motion by Peggy Rice second by Jamie Fitzgerald to approve the minutes of the previous meeting of March 9, 2007. Motion carried.
 

Motion by John Rutledge second by Linda Langenberg to approve and authorize the chairman to sign the Services Contract for Administration of SEAT between Iowa State University and SEAT. Motion carried.
