Marge Pitts, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
 

Motion by Sandy Steinbach second by Joni Ernst to approve the agenda. Carried 8-0.
 

Motion by Ken Kline second by Kyle Jensson to approve the minutes of 1/17/2007. Carried 8-0.,
 

Marge updated the committee on the report to the SEAT Board.
 

The Committee discussed calling a special Continuing Ed Class in January 2008. Alan Vandehaar will check on dates with Jerry N. for ISAC meetings. Dawn Williams will check with Dennis Parrot regarding scheduling procedures he did for the ES&S Users Group meeting when in conjunction with ISAC.

Absentee
Processing, Provisional, Hospital Board, Satellite Stations, After Election
 

Sandy Steinbach will be Project Chair for the absentee topic. Sub Committee Members are Denece Knudson, Cerro Gordo, Vicki Ritz, Kyle Jensson, Mary Mosiman, Sara Throener, Dawn Williams & Renee McClellan. Instructors will be announced at a later date. Sandy set a meeting date for the Absentee Sub-committee on April 11^th at 1:00 p.m. at the Webster County Conservation Shelter House.
 

Discussion was held on the Tally List Committee. Kyle Jensson will be Project Chair. Sub Committee Members are Ken Kline, Sandy Steinbach, Karen Strawn & Renee McClellan. Kyle set a meeting date on April 11th at the Webster County Conservation Shelter House at 10:00 a.m.
 

Meeting was adjourned until April 24, 2007 in conjunction with SEAT in Johnston, IA tentatively scheduled at 4:30 p.m.
