Airport Transportation
Shuttles from the Des Moines International Airport to Ames, Iowa will be provided through University Conference Services for $40.00/person roundtrip. If you are in need of shuttle service to and from the airport, please be sure to register for airport transportation when you register for the conference.
At the time of registration, we ask that you have complete flight information including departure and arrival times to the Des Moines International Airport. Conference registration can be found on the "Registration" tab on the sidebar of this page.
Airport shuttle service will be provided only to and from the ISU Residence Halls, University Park Inn & Suites Hotel, Holiday Inn, and the ISU Memorial Union Hotel. For questions regarding airport transportation, please contact Haley Cook at hecook@iastate.edu.
Local transportation will be provided to and from the following locations to the conference site on Thursday-Saturday:
- ISU Memorial Union Hotel
- Holiday Inn
- University Park Inn & Suites
In addition, bus transportation will be provided to and from the following locations to Reiman Gardens on for the Welcome Reception on Thursday evening:
- ISU Residence Halls
- ISU Memorial Union Hotel
- Holiday Inn
- University Park Inn & Suites
