Exhibiting during the Conference will give your organization an opportunity to network with producers, other organizations, manufacturers, lenders, utility representatives, venture capitalists, and legislative representatives.

GENERAL INFORMATION
As energy options and biorenewables generate increasing excitement throughout the U.S. and the world, the 2008 Advancing Renewables in the Midwest conference is in its third year of bringing information to leaders from industry, government, academia, and the non-profit sector. Wind, Efficiency, Biomass, and Solar energies are the focus of this conference. Last year, the conference was hosted in Missouri at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

WHO SHOULD EXHIBIT
Exhibiting at this conference can give your organization an opportunity to network with energy professionals from a variety of backgrounds and affiliations. The following organizations are encouraged to exhibit:
  • Product manufacturers and distributors
  • Policy advocates
  • Utility companies
  • Consultants and trade allies
  • Students and researchers

BOOTH FURNISHINGS
Exhibitors will be provided with an 8' x 10' booth package that will include the following: one 6' draped table; two chairs; one wastebasket; one-line exhibitor identification sign; 8' back wall drapes; 3' side-rails. The booth rental fee includes electricity if pre-ordered. Ethernet is an additional fee.

BOOTH FEE
An 8' x 10' booth with furnishings as shown above is $350 for For-Profit Exhibitors and $100 Non-Profit Exhibitors.

The booth fee includes one complimentary registration for the individual staffing the booth.
All registrations for exhibit space are on a first come, first serve basis. Booth space is only finalized upon receipt of full payment.

SALES AT YOUR EXHIBIT BOOTH
Sales at your exhibit booth are expressly prohibited. Order forms may be available for distribution from your booth if desired.

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS
The conference planning committee reserves the right to assign all exhibit space. If you have any special requests regarding placement, please email renewables@iastate.edu with your request.

Sponsors serve an integral purpose at this Conference. Sponsorship dollars assist in provided speakers of the highest caliber to present information about renewable energy. Sponsorships also help reduce the overall cost to non-profit participants. A variety of recognition options are available, ranging from keynote speaker sponsorship to refreshment break sponsorship to recognition in the conference program.
