Change in Plans
If you cancel your registration before February 28, 2009, your full registration fee will be refunded. Refunds considered between February 28 and March 4 will exclude the cost of food and material that has already been committed to the conference. No refunds will be made on or after March 4, 2009. If you cannot attend the conference, you may send a substitute. Call ISU Continuing Education & Professional Development at (515) 294-6222 for cancellations and substitutions.
