Register
The registration fee of $30 (register on or before January 17) includes all conference materials, lunch, and networking breaks.
All registrations submitted after January 17, 2008, or onsite will be charged an additional $10 late fee.
Mail
To register by mail, print a copy of the text only registration form and mail to Iowa State University, University Conference Services, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011. Make payment with credit card or check.
Fax
To register by fax, print a copy of text only registration form and fax to 515.294.6223. Make payment with credit card or check.
Change in Plans
If you cancel your registration on or before January 17, 2008, your full registration fee will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after January 17, 2008. If you cannot attend the conference, you may send a substitute. Call ISU University Conference Services at (515) 294-6222 or email ucs_info@iastate.edu if you have a change in plans.
