To register by mail, print a copy of text only registration form and mail to Iowa State University, University Conference Services, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011. Make payment with credit card, check, money order, or wire transfer.

Fax
To register by fax, print a copy of text only registration form and fax to University Conference Services at 515.294.6223. Make payment with credit card, check, money order, or wire transfer.

Change in Plans
You may cancel your registration two weeks before your scheduled workshop and receive a full refund of your registration fee. No refunds will be made if you cancel within two weeks of your scheduled workshop date. If you cannot attend the workshops, you may send a substitute. Call Biodiesel registration clerk at (515) 294-6222 if you have a change in plans.
