To register by fax print a copy of text only registration form and fax to University Conference Services at 515.294.6223. Make payment with credit card, check, money order, purchase order.
Change in Plans
If you cancel your registration two-weeks before Course start date, your registration fee will be refunded in full. No refunds will be made within two-weeks of course, if you cannot attend the course, you may send a substitute. Call University Conference Services at (515) 294-6222 if you have a change in plans.
