Cost
The fee for this program is $600. Additional sites may be added at $75 per site when identified at the time of commitment. After March 7, the fee is $700. March 21, 2008 is the last day to cancel your registration to avoid $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made for technical difficulties.

Site coordinators should budget for advertising, photocopying handouts, refreshments, and room reservations.

Permission is not granted to rebroadcast the program live or recorded on local television stations, state fiber systems, etc.

Program Format
The program is carried live, with time scheduled for questions from the webcast audience. Participants will be able to fax or phone their questions to the presenters. Time constraints may not allow all questions to be answered on the air. Program organizers encourage viewing sites to secure their own facilitators to lead wrap-up discussions at the conclusion of the webcast.

Webconference Specifics
The conference originates from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. Additional technical information and URL needed to receive the webcast will be provided after registration and payment are received.

Participating facilities should be available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Central Daylight Time). You may register and commit as a conference site anytime prior to the conference date, but please note that there are a limited number of connections. Sites registering by March 15, 2008 will receive a site coordinator's handbook and media releases.
