2013 Current Issues in Nutrition
The Affordable Healthcare Act for Professionals and the Public
Registration for all participants

  • Payment may be made with credit card, check or purchase order. If paying with one check for multiple participants, please write names of all individuals on the check.
  • Registration Fee is $35 for each participant. There is no group rate available.
  • Registered participants will be emailed instructions for viewing the online presentations and participating in the live Q/A session. Please note that the email is not automatically generated. The projected launch date of the presentations is March 15, 2013.
  • The live Q/A Session will be on May 2, 2013 from 12:00-1:30pm CDT.
