To register by mail, print a copy of text only registration form and mail to Iowa State University, University Conference Services, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011. Make payment with credit card, check, purchase order.

Fax
To register by fax, print a copy of text only registration form and fax to 515.294.6223. Make payment with credit card, check, purchase order.

Change in Plans?
Cancellations received by February 5 and 5:00 pm will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after that time. If you register for non-credit, but choose to receive ISU credit, adjustments can be made to your account. Contact 515-294-6222 with questions.
