The Iowa Section Institute of Food Technologists suppliers' night is on Thursday evening beginning at 4 pm. Attendees of the HACCP and Recall workshops are free to attend and will be provided with free drink tickets. Dinner for the Iowa Section IFT meeting is immediately following the suppliers night. Your reduced rate for the dinner is $20.00, and can be purchased when you register for the conference.
