  1. EDR Nuts & Bolts
    • April 16 - Ken Kline, Cerro Gordon County Auditor and Tim Box, Linn County Auditor's Office
    • April 18 - Joni Ernst, Montgomery County Auditor and Tim Box, Linn County Auditor's Office
    Content: Training for the Nuts and Bolts of In-Office voting after the close of registration as well as procedures that have been developed for Election Day registration, and the entering of data into IVOTERS after the election. This training will benefit your precinct election officials and staff to provide them effective tools to implement Election Day Registration.
  2. Absentee Ballot Review Process
    • Sarah Reisetter, Secretary of State's Office
    • Lorri Jahner, Marion County Auditor's Office
    Content: All of those envelopes! What now? An overview of the return absentee ballot process including the affidavit review process, ballot review logs, voter correspondence and what IVOTERS will do for you
  3. Special Precinct Board Management
    • Sandy Steinbach, Director of Elections, Iowa Secretary of State's Office and
    • Kyle Jensson, Black Hawk County Auditor's Office
    Content: Will 2008 be a record breaker? This session will focus on the requirements and common-sense examples of what has worked well in other counties to achieve over-site and get the job done!
