To register by mail, print a registration form and mail to Iowa State University, University Conference Services, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011.

To register by fax print a registration form and fax to University Conference Services at 515.294.6223.

Change in Plans?
Substitutes can be sent at no additional fee.
Carroll site - cancellations received on or before April 9, 2008, will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after April 9, 2008. If you have a change in plans, please contact University Conference Services at (515) 294-6222.
Amana site - cancellations received on or before April 11, 2008, will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after April 11, 2008. If you have a change in plans, please contact University Conference Services at (515) 294-6222.

The SEAT Curriculum Committee developed the agenda and approved the two locations for the program.
