ISU ADVANCE -- Register Today!

Participants will be charged a modest Registration Fee. The ISU ADVANCE Program is supporting many of the costs of the Conference.

Registration Information per registrant (meals included):

$150 Professionals - Early bird rate through June 30, 2008

$200 Professional after June 30, 2008

$100 Students and Post-doc; all dates

$100 One-day rate; all dates

Registering for a Team of participants?
Team Members can individually register (online, by mail or by fax) or all team members can submit their printed forms together. Payment is accepted by credit card, check, or purchase order.

Mail
To register by mail, print a copy of the text only registration form and mail to Iowa State University, University Conference Services, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011.Make payment with credit card, check, or purchase order.

Fax
To register by fax print a copy of text only registration form and fax to 515.294.6223. Make payment with credit card, check, or purchase order.

Change in Plans?
If you cancel your registration before September 15, 2008, your registration fee will be refunded less a $15.00 processing fee. If you cannot attend the conference, you may send a substitute. Call University Conference Services at (515) 294-6222.
