Exhibitors
Exhibiting at the 2012 Iowa Motorcycle Safety Forum will give your organization excellent networking opportunities. Conference attendees are motorcycle riders and enthusiasts who come to improve their motorcycle safety skills. Your exhibit will enable you to present your products and services to conference participants during the morning and afternoon breaks and during the lunch hours.

Layout

• Exhibitors will be provided with a 30" x 72" table, two chairs and electrical power (upon request)
• All equipment or display items must be kept on the table or within the limits of two feet in front, or back, of table. We encourage you to showcase your bikes or other equipment and will provide you space for these items (upon request).

Bikes & Equipment

• For the safety of your equipment, the attendees and the facility, please provide a tarp or floor covering under your bikes/equipment.
• The bike must have low fuel and its battery must be disconnected.
• The display area is on the second floor. The bikes must fit into the freight elevator (94" wide x 112" deep; 142" diagonal) and through a standard double door.
