8th Annual Ammonia Fuel Conference

Join us for the 8th Annual NH3 Alternative Fuel Conference! This year's event will be held on September 18-21, 2011 in Portland Oregon, and will again feature great technical presentations, great networking opportunities, and thought provoking discussions. Topics will include NH3 production, storage, delivery, end uses and safety. In addition to the sessions, the conference features a welcome reception, tour of local facilities, and an offsite evening event.

WHY NH3 (AMMONIA) as an alternative fuel?
NH3:
  • Is totally carbon free
  • Can be produced from any primary energy source
    (i.e. wind, solar, biomass, coal, nuclear, hydro, etc.)
  • Is cost effective
  • Has significant storage and delivery systems already in place
  • Is environmentally friendly
  • Can be used in any prime mover (i.e. diesel engines, fuel cells, SI engines, gas turbines, etc.)
  • Has a proven, acceptable safety record
Who should attend?
Anyone from industry, academia or government who is interested in learning more about NH3, one of the most promising alternative transportation fuels.
