a. Opening the Voting Machines.
b. Setting up the polling place.
c. Posting Required postings.
d. Recording Additional Absentee Voters.
2. Know what to do if there is a line when the polls are closing.
3. Know how to close the voting machines.
4. Know how to count write-in votes for your voting machines.
5. Know how to certify the results

1. Setting up Equipment & Polling Place
2. Hands-On Activity: Divide the room into two groups; half time on each topic
Group 1: Setting Up Polling Places
Group 2: Setting Up Voting Equipment
Groups switch to other topic
3. Closing the Polls
4. Demonstration on closing the polls on the machine
5. Counting Write-In Votes
6. Activity: Count the write-ins in small groups with the same ballots for each group and discuss as a group
7. Finish the paper process
