Iowa Precinct Election Official Certification Program
Funding for Program:
The SEAT Committee will provide the following incentives for participation in PEO training for counties that have signed a participation agreement with SEAT:
Using the ISU Facilitator Option:
1. A guidebook for each Precinct Election Official enrolled in the program.
2. The fee for the ISU facilitator.
3. A stipend per Precinct Election Official to assist in covering mileage and pay for Precinct Election Officials.
Using the County Facilitator Option (the county facilitator must have taken the training prior to facilitating):
1. A guidebook for each Precinct Election Official enrolled in the program.
2. A stipend per Precinct Election Official to assist in covering mileage and pay for Precinct Election Officials.
3. A stipend per Precinct Election Official certified to help cover facilitation expenses.
Using the On-line Only Option:
1. A guidebook for each Precinct Election Official enrolled in the program.
