Registration Options

Registration Information

Registration is currently open only to those participants who have previously attended a ''RUSLE2 & Iowa Phosphorus Index'' workshop. In case you have not attended one of these workshops, please contact one of the instructors prior to completing your registration.

The workshop fee includes a workshop notebook of resource materials supporting each topic area covered, morning coffee, break refreshments and lunch for the day. Workshop fees are $150 if participants register before or on March 25, 2009. After March 25th, late registration fees for the workshop are $165. Registrations will be accepted till the workshop is full.

Register Online; payment with credit card, check, or wire transfer.

By US Mail
To register by mail, print a copy of brochure, fill out the registration form, and mail to Iowa State University, University Conference Services, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011. Make payment with credit card, check, money order, wire transfer, or purchase order.

By Fax
To register by fax, print a copy of brochure, fill out the registration form, and fax to 515.294.6223. Make payment with credit card, check, money order, wire transfer, or purchase order.

Change in Plans
Written requests received before 5:00 PM on March 25th will receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee. No refunds will be given after 5:00 PM on March 25, 2009. If you cannot attend the workshop and have paid in full, you may send a substitute. Call registration clerk at (515) 294-6222 if you have a change in plans.
