Faculty Member (single dorm room) - $175.00

Registration Online

To register by mail/fax, print a copy of text only registration form and mail/fax (515 294-6223) to Iowa State University, Continuing and Distance Education, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011. Make payment with credit card, check, money order, purchase order, or wire transfer.

Change in Plans?
If you cancel your registration before May 16, 2007, your full registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made on or after May 16, 2007. If you cannot attend the conference, you may send a substitute. Call ISU Continuing and Distance Education at (515) 294-6222 if your plans change.
