The conference has negotiated a special conference rate, that is available to all those booking prior to June 8, 2007. Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will extend this rate 3 nights prior to the conference and 3 days post conference to ensure that you can take advantage of all the options that Disney and Florida have to offer.

There is complimentary parking for all conference attendees and hotel guests on site. Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
