Registration Options

Online
Register Online, payment with credit card, check, ISU Intramural, or wire transfer.

Mail
To register by mail, print a copy of the text only registration form and mail to Iowa State University, University Conference Services, 102 Scheman Building, Ames, IA 50011.Make payment with credit card or check.

Fax
To register by fax print a copy of text only registration form and fax to 515.294.6223. Make payment with credit card or check.

Change in Plans?
Registration is requested by July 5, 2008. If you cancel before July 5, you will receive a full refund less a $15 processing fee. No refunds will be given on or after July 5, 2008.
